Processing Time

  • All meals are prepared fresh to order.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • We ship via trusted carriers to ensure safe and quick delivery.

  • Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Perishable Product Handling

  • All fresh food orders are shipped with insulated packaging and cooling materials to maintain freshness.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and promptly refrigerate or freeze the food upon arrival.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship within the continental United States.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for perishable items.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is delayed or arrives compromised, contact us at support@littlechef.com so we can assist right away.
